I ordered 3 compression sleeves, (total cost close to $300) of different sizes. I tried one on for about 6 hours and realized, tho the size was OK, the fabric irritated my lymphedemic arm . I did not open the other 2 sleeves. I have gotten the runaround every time I contacted "customer service." The website says EZ returns : "products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged for up to 180 days following purchase date." I contacted customer service within a week but was told "The unworn Juzo items we can take back for an exchange or store credit" -- not refund. Now they tell me there are no refunds from manufacturer JUZO . In the fine print on the website, there's a listing of almost 19 plus manufacturers that Compression Sale won't refund on , even if in original package. This covers practically every product. I will never use this website again and I encourage others to boycott too.

After dealing with back issues almost my entire adult life and having surgery a decade ago, I decided to purchase a back brace. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company, but I see now, that is not the case. First, I followed the sizing guide which say measure around the hips just below the waistline. I thought it was odd that that the measurements indicated I should order a 2X, but I did it anyway because they're the professional, right? WRONG! I paid for expedited shipping because I was so desperate for relief. I did get the package in a few days. I was so excited when it arrived and immediately went to put it on. Well the brace has room to fit a small child in it with me. I was so disappointed and thought I must have measured wrong. I opened the product manual and it was very clear that the product manual said to measure at your naval. I went back online to the product measuring to confirm they were different measuring instructions. According to the manual I should order a Large, which makes much more sense to me. So, what now? Went online to get the refund/exchange procedure and it was so confusing all the Can't/Won't/Extra Costs/Fees. Then I had to find my order number to figure out what process I had to follow. So, send the email get the RMA, which is now ship back at my own expense for an exchange only that will be processed in 2-3 weeks and shipped back at my own expense. I emailed and asked if there was a better way to exchange such as, going into their store that has a local Vernon Hills address. The response I received was shipping is only free on your first order. I called the store number listed online and waited over 10 minutes just to ask if I could walk into the local store and was told they don't have a physical location, and they are an online store only. So, here's where I am at, I followed their instructions, paid extra for expedited shipping, got the wrong size due to their online instructions, I have to pay to return the item, wait 2 weeks, maybe they'll give me the proper credit, maybe they'll charge me 25%, maybe they'll call me to pay all the extra fees to get the right size, maybe they won't. So a week later I have no product, I am still in pain, and wished I had went with Amazon instead of trying to shop local. The most HORRIBLE experience ever and it's not over yet.

Had a fractured collarbone and needed a 'figure of eight splint'. Compressionsale claimed to have it and I ordered it on line. Because it was a semi medical emergency, I opted for the enhanced delivery at extra cost; figured I could survive with improvised splint for the 2-4 days they promised. It's been ONE WEEK NOW and not even a notification of shipment. $32 shot to hell. They suck people in with fake reviews, 'free shipping', and then don't deliver. My big mistake was not doing my own research; reviews on line are uniformly terrible. I have had my VISA decline to pay for this ripoff...I will also notify the BBB about these scammers.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! First, I'd give them a zero. Ordered an item and they would not take it back. Listed FedEx shipping and then shipped it USPS. Said it would come in 2-4 days came in over a week. Opened chat and they would not give me a refund...only a store credit. The item was unopened and in it's unopened plastic wrapper. Asked for the manager and the call agent had the audacity to say she was the manager. Has a manager ever answered a chat in your life!!! What a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I had originally placed my order on on November 28,2021. On December 10,2021, I received an automated email from CompressionSale.com confirming whether my product had been delivered. Evidently, according to CompressionSale.com's own internal algorithms, the product should have been delivered within two weeks of placing the order. I had not received my order, so I contacted customer service to inquire. 3 days later, I received an update indicating that my product had shipped. Odd that it would have taken so long to ship (more than 2 weeks after placing the order). I wasn't in urgent need of the product, and I was probably more forgiving than I should have been. It was also odd that the product only shipped out after I contacted them. Red flag #1. On December 17,2021, I noticed that the tracking on the product mentioned it was out for delivery in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). I contacted CompressionSale.com immediately, asking why it was being delivered to Toronto, when I had specified that the delivery address was in Vancouver, British Columbia (Canada), which is a 4 hour flight away. CompressionSale.com confirmed that my delivery address was in Vancouver, British Columbia. A few hours later, on the same day, I noticed that delivery had been attempted in Toronto. I contacted CompressionSale.com again, stating that my delivery address was not in Toronto. To my surprise, they answered again that my delivery address was in Vancouver, completely ignoring the fact that I had told them twice that my purchase had been delivered in Toronto. To add insult to injury, they advised that I could pick up my package at the post office. Yes... only if I take an 8-hour round-trip flight. Red Flag #2. This merchant is based out of the Illinois area. There's no way they couldn't just search up on Google Maps to see that Vancouver and Toronto are extremely far away from each other. Lastly, I contacted them again through Norton Shopping Guarantee. I asked them for a refund. They said no because they had proof of delivery. I had spent $1200 with them, they had shipped the product to the wrong address, and then claimed that because they had proof of delivery they did not need to refund me. Both USPS and Canada Post advised me that the package CompressionSale.com had shipped to Toronto was intended for Toronto. This means that they never had any intention of shipping my package to me. I'm now out by $1200, I don't have my purchase, and they get to continue scamming more customers. Please please please do not buy from these scammers. I have never experienced this before, and I also have no idea how these guys are still in business. They should be prosecuted for fraud.

Ordered stockings, paid for them, and found out that they were back ordered. When I heard that I said let's cancel. They would not. I waited for months for the stockings ( without any word from them when the stockings would arrive. I will never use this company again.

Right after ordering realized I ordered the wrong size. Once product was received never opened bag. Got an RMA for return was charged 25% despite the website claiming I would not be charged. ORDER 200145845

Horrible experience. Spent about $100 for 2 garments that did not fit. I used their measuring guide for sizing but it was wrong. It does not take foot size into consideration. I am unable to wear either garment and the return policies have all sorts or restocking fees, etc. even for exchanges. Just not worth it. They would not even answer my email. I will never use this company again.
