Completecase.com is the easiest way to get your documents done but you have to be really really patient. Divorce is really stressing and you just want to get it done right away. If your spouse work outside the states you have to mail it yourself, they do not cover that. My docs were processed on May 2019 by complete case and filed on July because they have to review it, and I got officially divorced on October 25, 2019 while they were reviewing it, I call every week for an update and the agents are actually friendly and patient, somehow I could feel that they are already irritated by me hahaha.. but they handled me very well. My ex and I had no kids and other reasons. We are both civil about our divorce and agreed that it is finally time to end our marriage. We did not get any lawyer it was Pro Se.. Our matter of arrangements are not that complicated because we immediately signed our papers and we have no kids. It feels so good when the judge said, “you are now divorced and we wish you all the best”. Thanks completecase!

It was easy for me. Maybe my case is basic? The entire thing took 1 week but the mailing was NOT “expedited”. I order that and asked for mailing. It came 2 days after what I paid for. I called and asked for my money back on the extra charge for this and after 15(!) minutes on the phone, I spoke with a manager who allowed it. This shipping thing was annoying, but they legitimately helped me. I am not a wealthy man and this part of it was a relief.

There should be just one representative to handle each Case not all, because you have to explain all your issues repeatedly...

My first experience with this company was difficult, between some life issues and communication problems with myself and this company I had a really bad experience. But, one of the higher up company representatives called me one day and totally changed my experiences. They really do care about their customers and try not to cause more stress during an already stressful situation.

This application was very easy to use and fill out. The only thing I will say is they need to update the information when it comes to same sex marriages, I mean it is 2017 it's in effect now... you just have to explain the details out if you are in a same sex marriage when the comments box is provided. But overall it is very good.

Easy. Although the holiday scheduling was long and involved. Holidays instead of listing each n everyone.
