If I could give zero stars, I would! I signed up and within 10 minutes my phone started ringing. I did not answer. The following day, they called my cell phone at work 8 additional times. I did not answer, and, they left no message as to the nature of their calls. I received e-mails which only boasted additional services available for additional cost. I logged in and inputted my information. My Wife logged in and inputted her information. The first print of papers had all of our paperwork jumbled and completely unusable. I tried my best to correct, however, at this point I completley lost my trust in the whole deal. I did a little more research, and found TURBO COURT did EXACTLY the same service for $10.50 and $20 for on line filing. I promptly cancelled my account with COMPLETE CASE. A month goes by, and I see that COMPLETE CASE is continuing to charge me a monthly fee. Keep in mind, the incessant phone calls continued. I ended up having to block their phone number to stop the harassment. A complaint letter resulted in only a refund of the additional monthly fund, however, they would only refund my initial $299 if I tried to file their paper work and it was rejected by the courts. HUGE waste of time for me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE..THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Divorce is a stressful process, and if you are looking to avoid costly lawyers, CompleteCase seems really appealing...at first. I called and spoke with a sales rep who had a kind, caring demeanor and kept reiterating a discount code that would get me the services for $124. After calling around, I came back to CompleteCase due to my communication with sales and the price point. They didn't have a way to show a final sale price after I input the discount code at checkout (now I see why) and I was charged $284 instead of $124. All of a sudden, the sales rep who was so kind never answered her direct line, so I tried calling general customer service multiple times to resolve this issue with other reps. I talked with a supervisor who indicated she would listen to the call and certainly refund me the money and get back to me in a couple of days. A week later and nothing. I called again and talked with a very rude rep named who dismissed my concern and just kept talking over me saying they were the best service in the country and it costs $299. Even if their rate is $299, which would be reasonable IF the paperwork was produced properly and completely, they still need to honor the price they stated they would give me. After sitting on hold for awhile to wait for a supervisor, the supervisor all of a sudden became unavailable. Let's just say they definitely put all their skilled talkers in sales and NOT customer service. After all this, their service produced incomplete and incorrect forms that basically only had demographic information printed on them. I ended up redoing all the forms myself after working directly with the courthouse. At this point, this service and the headache/time they have occupied just to get a price they promised honored certainly does not qualify them as the "best in the country" and definitely isn't even worth the discounted rate.

Worst service ever . Was charged $269 literally for nothing . Paperwork didn’t even get filed , and they won’t refund me my money back do not use the service .

The people at the call center are professional I will give them that. However, I started this process in October of 2018 and it was completed by July 2019 due to several factors. The first factor was the loss of my entire packet. I had to run around again getting all of my documents re-notarized. This was followed by more missing documents once Florida reviewed the packet the first time. After the second time I had to call Florida and complete the remaining of the packet myself. There is 7 business days when a packet is received by CompleteCase and 7 more days when something is missing. The between the state and this company it takes even longer. You are better off doing this yourself.

This place is a lie, and they really dont help you out! I'm so frustrated that they refuse to give me my $299 back after they helped me with nothing. WARNING: if you even download the form that they send you, you got a service from them! So basically $299 for the same forms the court gives you for free !!!!

Very poor communication. When I received communications from support, it lacked details of my case and what was needed from me. I think they basically use high school educated support who don’t know how to communicate very well.

I spoke to 4-5 different people, beginning with Julious Acosta & got differing stories from all & passed around until I gave up & went through the court myself which was only$137 so a lot cheaper. Julious assured me that he & the other members would be with me every step of the way but that was not the case once I paid in full. Due to 1 members incompetence & (all i spoke with were) my wife was informed to send the papers to them which costed another $40 but the other members said that was wrong. It's hard enough going through a divorce but completecase.com made a bad situation worse & refused to refund my money even though their services were horrible & unnecessary or used. If I can spare anyone else from experiencing what I did with completecase.com then the loss of money is worth it.
