Buyer beware! They only have you fill in online documents, which they autofill on publicly available divorce petition forms. Without utilizing any live services, they charged me $299 up front upon registration. I filled in 2 online forms, then requested a refund & cancellation the same day (a Sunday). They spam called me the next morning, waking me up. Then later emailed me & left a voicemail. They were refusing to refund me 100%, trying to negotiate 50%. Their claim was I filled in their divorce interview form so I didn't qualify for a refund. Reported and reviewed with Better Business Bureau, where there are a myriad of bad reviews for the same thing. Completecase.com swindled me out of $299. There is no actual divorce filing through them, either.

Raised price then locked me out of my forms. Now can't cancel through the web portal. Was good in the beginning and monthly cost reasonable. Automatically raised to $39.99 a month and no longer worth it.

Website seems to be intuitive until you look at the forms!! information in the incorrect spot and for the life of me the spousal support forms will not correctly populate!! And yes I have called!

I've tried 2x to update my forms and keep getting the old forms from 7 years ago. Nobody is actually working on the forms I paid for 3x now.

I went into this pretty hopeful in an otherwise sad an dire moment of life (That is, divorce). Using CompleteCase has, frankly, exacerbated what was already a bad situation. Our documents were rejected three times by the PA court in Delaware County. When I received a notice back from the court as to "why," CompleteCase replied with the fact that they didn't understand what the court is requesting. The short of it is that the forms were not properly formatted by CompleteCase and that they were often missing information. Additionally, CompleteCase completely butchered the QDRO I sent in. In cases similar to mine, things are wrapped up in a matter of 3-4 months. I am here 8 months later still waiting on CompleteCase to reply to an email I sent them (two days ago) and now turning to a local Mediator. The addage goes, "You get what you pay for." Trust me, in divorce, time is often more important than money, and CompleteCase will cost you time that you will never get back.

I contacted them in early April for a non contested divorce. No property to divide, no children. Also signed up for their VIP service. They had told me the paperwork would be ready early May. It wasn’t. In the meantime my ex and I decided to work things out and give it a second go at it. I contacted The company for a refund. Which they refuse to give me. Even though I did not receive VIP service at all. All I can say is save yourself.
