There is not enough information in the beginning on how the process is going to take place. I feel like I have been scammed and that there's so much additional cost and hidden assignments that need to be done. *****Update***** Nobody from this company has tried to reach out and help me resolve the ongoing issues!! The companies response to my review is a lie! After paying more money, I still don’t have my divorce forms! I tried printing the forms from several computers and the documents aren’t formatted properly. Which caused me to pay a fee for them to be printed and mail delivered. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my documents. Please use another online service!!!!

They try to hide the bad reviews on here. Good luck getting a refund. They didn't even refund me a full amount for the cost of the premium service and claimed they was refunding me for the 299 plus last monthly subscription yet somehow I'm getting less than 200 back from it. With the amount money we put in we could've literally done it ourselves. I was unable to complete my divorce due to things in life happening so I will have to wait and thats why i requested the refund. But wasted all that money on them with no results. I'd recommend going a different route for your divorce. And if you go a different route there's a better chance of you getting the divorce certificate printed on the special paper that's required.

I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD ALL THE FORMS I NEED FOR MY DIVORCE FOR FREE FREE. WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME ALL OF THAT MONEY AND I CAN GET ALL THE FORMS FOR FREE AND THEY WOULD HELP YOU TO FILL THEM OUT. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

This is a complete waste of time and money. It’s now a year later and my “non contested divorce” is still in process due to all of the issues with the paperwork. Not because I filled out any answers wrong but because their paperwork doesn’t seem to be specific to certain states. First off I wasted a huge chunk of time and money completing their divorce education courses that my state didn’t accept and I then had to re-do and re-pay for through the state. Then the judge refused to sign off on our final divorce paperwork because there was a document missing. When I asked for the document from complete case customer support they just resent me all of the paperwork Id already received. Long story short the document wasn’t In there and I had to re-fill out everything through my state’s website. As a customer if I’m paying $400 for them to fill out my paperwork for me Id think they would include all of the necessary paperwork. But no. This was a huge waste of money and time. Use a different service or fill it out through your states website

This company caused us more trouble and pain than should be allowed. Constant delays and the check is in the mail lies. No one to talk to to find out why things aren't getting done. Took way too long and after bragging we wouldn't have to deal with the court, we were forced to meet with the court on ZOOM. After many hours of lost work time it is finally done. Definitely false advertising about being leader in industry.

Every time that I have to edit answers and submit them for processing. Other information that was on the forms that was completed correctly gets messed up and I have to go back and edit the answers repeatedly.. Very frustrating when I have to keep doing this and then waiting up to 2 days for them to process the forms. Can't file my divorce in a timely manner when this keeps happening.
