Overall smooth so far, even though I'm not completely done with the processing. Started out with divercewriter.com which advertised a $137 fee for the service. Then one started, got redirected to completecase.com which demanded a $300 fee. Definite link bait. Then when they called, it triggered the SPAM filter on my cell phone. So I called back on landline. Service rep was friendly and asked the same questions I just answered online, but gave good instructions on how to finalize everything.

Not totally user friendly for the few of us who reside and work overseas.

All in all, paperwork was perfect. Then it came time to send it in. A representative told me EVERYTHING was covered in the platinum package... Which doubled the bill. I paid to get copy sent to me, they wanted it signed and returned, not for my records. Then when I did sign and return, they wanted another $150 to file the paperwork. I already paid them over $600! So much for being covered for everything. Use this service for paperwork, but file it yourself.

It helped to get the majority of the papers filled out. When I went to file right across from work I didn’t know you had to be local from your home address. Also, I was missing some forms and needed two copies of some of the documents which I wasn’t aware at all. I have trouble figuring out how and what goes to who and how it gets filed I had to have someone else look at them. Also, your spouse has to get served and you need to get those papers online through the court website.

This website can help for saving time to go to court house physically, but only too many questions have to be filled, it takes me almost 2-3 hours, that's too long to be finished as I am a busy business woman.

My issues are being solved by customer service for a full refund.
