The reason I never open my account is that I do not wish to except any further useless information from Complete On-line Divorce. All you have to do is read all my comments to see why I should receive 100% refund. Not Satisfied. Why would Complete On-line Divorce charge me $418.09 After submitting my 20ish questions I called their customer service too cancel. Pretty much he (customer service agent) said too bad their policy shows once submitted no 100% refund. It's sad when the customer service agent sounds like word for word as the print out reply from Complete On-line Divorce when I sent my review. I regret buying this model and dealing with this company. Now days company are not liable for crap.

I highly discourage anyone from using Complete Case. Their service is incredibly slow and unreliable. Despite being told it would take 7-15 business days to receive my paperwork that the courts sent back, it ended up taking them over 30 business days. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was because they were busy. To make matters worse, they addressed my spouse's paperwork to the wrong person, causing further delays and added expenses for me to ship the documents to the correct person which they have not refunded. Their email support is ineffective and unhelpful. Any issues I raised were met with generic, copy-pasted responses. I was never able to speak directly with my assigned case worker and when I did manage to speak with a supervisor, they never followed through on their promises to call me back. I began this process in July 2022 and, due to constant delays on their end, I am still in the process. It has been an absolute nightmare and, on top of everything else, they charge a monthly fee for their painfully slow service. Save yourself the added stress and look elsewhere for assistance.

I can't get anything to move forward unless I call or email them to look at something, which at that time things then move to the next stage until I have to call or email again to move the case along. Just from the amount of time waiting on someone from your company to do something, this case has drug out at least two months if not more. Once I say something or ask about why it's taking so long, then it moves to the next stage very quickly until the next time I have to contact them for an update.

I have been trying to get my paperwork from you guys for months, I run into the same mistake. The forms have the wrong information on it, it does not match what I entered. Your customer service is a joke. They do not know what they're doing. This site is a rip off, I have spent way over $1,000 and still no results. I am getting fed up.

I started to use this service and realized it was not for me immediately and contacted customer service within an hour. They charged me 299.00 and only refunded me 39.99, no paperwork, nothing. Even admitted on the BBB.com that I had not utilized their services so they issued me a refund, no they issued me a very partial refund. Again I add I didn’t use the service at all, i immediately stopped and contacted customer support.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Wasted 3 months with this crappy service. Did not help me at all. I paid so much money for something I could have done on my own. I asked about the status of my case SEVERAL times and was told the same thing. No help just taking my money every month for nothing. I finally called the District Clerk's office and they told me what to do and now I'm doing it. Don't waste your time or your money.. please, save yourself the aggravation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I have written before, that was 6 weeks ago. This service has not moved one inch since then. I was contacting them every three days. Still NOTHING. They have had all the papers for three months and they say they have to review them. What's to review, no contest, no children, no assets. Send the damn papers to my spouse, while I still know where he is. Three weeks ago, they said they were sending them, but nope. They don't forget to charge me. This is a rip-off. I want my money back.
