I had to file an uncontested divorce in Fairfax County, VA. No kids, no property to divide, 1 year separation. Nice and easy. I ordered the divorce package from CompleteCase. The "divorce package" was useless. It was just a set of generic documents not suitable for case. Fairfax County has some online documents to be filled out. CompleteCase didn’t send me those documents and they we never mentioned in so called “instructions”. The pdf files were not editable and even had typos. I finished using the online instructions of Fairfax Circuit Court. Just got a divorce. Could save $$. Do not recommend Complete Case to anybody. Save your money.

The papers you have for the state of MN are incorrect. I have had to send them in twice due to items that were not printed on the papers. There was no appropriate spot for the notary to sign. It has been a huge disappointment and my case has been drawn out so much longer. I should have just contacted the state of MN and got the correct papers from them to begin with. I could have saved the money I spent for this divorce service that did nothing for me.

The only thing I have to say about these organization is that they will give you all the time and assistance in the world just to sell you their package, after that... nobody will be able nor nice to you, you probably will feel lost without any help. Every time I have called after I bought my forms, the have sent me to leave a message on the machine which really disrespectful.
