The platinum service you purchased provided an extra level of convenience wherein the forms were printed, filed with the court, sent to your spouse and all steps taken in order to save you the time and hassle. We are not able to appear in court for you to finalize the divorce if your court requires a hearing as we do not represent you nor are we attorneys providing legal advice. Thus, platinum ends when you are ready to finalize your divorce directly with the court. We do not advertise that we will finalize the divorce at your hearing for you. We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding on the site and what the service includes. We do not pay the court expenses for our customers, but rather any court fees are paid directly to the court. This is stated on our homepage and can be found here: http://www.completecase.com/faq/. Also, we do provide forms in many states to request that the court fees be waived (if requirements are met) and in your state, this is included in the forms you did receive if you answered you would like this during the interview. If you need assistance locating the fee waiver request, please let us know. We are here to help you use the site and make sure that you have access to everything the service offers. In review of Mr. Abresh's account, we show that the service was provided, the forms were generated and he had access to his account for over a month before he decided he didn't want o move forward. We do guarantee that the forms will be accepted by the court, but in this case the customer received the product but decided not to proceed.
