I’ve purchased two scarves from ComoMilano and I’ve realised both were seconds. They both clearly had a fault, albeit a small one. I’m still wearing the scarves as most people would not notice the faults. But they should make it clear on their site that the designer scarves are seconds.

It is not the scarf I have chosen! It is not chiffon silk but heavy silk. I am fed Up with exchanging which I should do. They sent me an other scarf Extremely disappointedly

I selected 2 days delivery, but the item arrived in 7 days. I have also emailed about my concern on item not arriving on time and did not receive any response. It was for an important gift which I couldn't deliver, because I trust you. Never again!

not received the packet

Was supposed to receive free 2 day shipping !!!! Order was placed 12/2/18 and still have not received as of 12/10/18. still in transit. This twice that Comomilano has made a mistake on an order of mine and they still have not responded to my e-mails.
