HOA Mmanagement Delivers Below Par Cusomer Service
This company is supposed to manage my HOA monthly management payments and starting in Jan/2025 I changed the amount for monthly payments to a higher amount I was being assesed. This higher amount was duly noted in one of their emails to me but for the past 6 months the amount actually withrawn from my bank acccount remained at the lower rate I have been paying for the preceeding several years I notified them over two months ago of the decrepency but in an email I received two days ago from them - they confirmed that their records indicate that the higher payments were established in my account on January 1, 2025 Additionally- over 2 months ago they had informed me that there was a credit outstanding in my account for $795 and I could request this amount be refunded to me which I did immediately request and a month later said the refund had been refered to their refunding agency for payment and a month later I have still not received any refund or further notice in regards to it. The customer service and communication is far below what one would expect from an agency responible for administering what is typically the largest monthly expenditure for an average houshold and I hope they will respond to this complaint constructively.
