I've been a business owner for over twenty years and flying by the seat of my pants (using my gut instinct) has been my strategy most of that time. Without a doubt I've made progress but I began to burn out and not see the growth I had always envisioned. Now, nearly a year in with Commit Action and I'm planning out the day ahead, the week ahead, the quarter ahead. I still use my gut instincts but now with measurable changes and planning. My coach, Summer, has kept me in check and been an excellent in her support of my endeavors and kept me in check with our weekly meetings. I've seen excellent growth this year but more importantly, I have a renewed fire for my business and the vision I have for it. I still have a long journey ahead but I now see the path more clearly. As business owners, we are going it alone most of the time and that was me. That's no longer the case and it has made all the difference. Even those closest to me see the changes and that says a lot. Give it a shot and see what's possible.

Commit Action is life-changing! Before I started CA, I was spinning - I had too many things to do and couldn't figure out how to get it all done. Being a solo entrepreneur can be really overwhelming and lonely! Elizabeth and I have worked together over the past year and she's helped me get systems in place, figure out what to focus on, and, most importantly, uncover the underlying issues that were preventing me from growing my business the way I'd hoped. She's an amazing coach and has, quite honestly, changed my life! I looked at CA for over a year before signing up and I wish I'd just gone for it when I first saw it - it's a life-changing accountability tool!

I signed up with Commit Action over two years ago because I wanted a straightforward way to keep myself on track with personal and business goals. I had become very frustrated over the uears that certain objectives I had been trying to obtain were elusive, and I wanted to try something different, and that is where Commit Action entered the scene. I already had goals that I wanted to accomplish, and within the first few sessions my coach Elizabeth had asked me what was stopping me from having the goals right now, as opposed to some imaginary place in the future. And that was my first breakthrough: i could see that the answer to the question was the stories I had been playing to myself were the things stopping me from getting what I wanted. Needless to say, I have accomplished a huge amount by following the simple principle of turning up for my weekly session every week, and being open to coaching. A massive thanks to Commit Action and especially Elizabeth. Recommended.

Commit Action keeps my goals top of mind and helps ensure I go after them. My coaching calls with Summer have been invaluable. She’s incredibly supportive, never fails to check-in, and holds me accountable, with just the right amount of encouragement. My coach, Briana, is exactly what was promised. She keeps me from chasing shiny objects, makes sure that I've identified weekly commitments and that each of them is tied to my long term goals. She doesn't accept weak reasons for non-execution and helps me think about any underlying barriers to completion. She also doesn't let me keep things on my list in a "limbo state".
