Commit Action provides a supportive framework of accountability, not only for meeting goals but making them. It's been helpful to have reminders to make measurable goals and layout steps to move the needle. In only 5 months, I've created habits and efficiencies I hadn't considered, and in doing so created momentum for growth I didn't expect.

I've been a Commit Action member for almost a year now. The weekly calls are a helpful "reset" to get back on track, see what I've gotten done, and set new goals for the upcoming week. Since working with my Commit Action coach, I've made steady progress on growth projects I had been putting off for years.

My experience with CommitAction has brought a level of accountability back to my business. In turn, that accountability has made my weeks more productive and disciplined. Weekly conversations with my coach, James, have brought new and fresh perspectives to old problems and provide a collaborative environment that I’ve found to be so beneficial to the challenges at work. The webinars add a whole new dimension to the training as well. Peter brings incredible insight and tackles issues I thought I was struggling with alone. It’s been a great collaboration and I’m so pleased I joined.

Commit action is great! They helped me get clear and highly focused on the highest leverage tasks to build my business. My coach has a good understanding of many different businesses and lingo so you can have really effective conversation and set clear tasks and milestones!

My weekly call with my Accountability Coach has made me way more productive and I have achieved a lot more in the last year than I would have done without him. My performance varies from week to week, of course, but James helps me deal with the emotional rollercoaster that is setting up a new business, so that the dips are much shorter, and much less severe, than they would otherwise be. He is professional and wise, and he is supported well by the Commit Action team so that he is always on point and ready-to-go for our conversations. Overall an absolute bargain.

Commit Action is great for helping you get the 'important but not urgent' tasks done. Has really helped me with things like recruiting that are easy to put off if no-one is holding your feet to the fire. The system is really simple but the weekly cadence of calls and setting tasks really does work and is very efficient. You also get access to some great online content especially the "Headstart" end of year review/ planning workshops which are invaluable.

My experience with Commit Action over the last few months has been great! I've been able to see opportunities in my life that I've been blind to in the past. My coach has kept my biggest goals in focus while the world of chaos continues to try to pull me off course.
