I am a student in the Commission Hero program. I have been participating in this program since the early days and after a long time, I see that the core of this program is not to teach how to make money from Affiliate but the people in the program make money through selling courses, selling tools, selling other programs such as Project Platinum, Platinum X or Commission Hero Inner Circle and especially directing people to the Private Coaching program.
It is all a drawing to suck the blood of those who have participated in his program. I and other students who have earned $1,000/day know this clearly. We have had discussions with each other and realized that this program is not really effective. It is all just drawing and encouraging students to buy more, upgrade...
Be alert to what they say, don't listen to things like "Millionaire Mindset" and then in the end still call for buying and upgrading the course and they make more money from it than from Affiliate as they taught.

Absolute Rip-Off—Deceptive Fees & Zero Accountability
I got duped into “buying” Commission Hero AI on July 24, 2024, shelling out $999 because their slick video insisted it was a one-and-done deal. Imagine my horror when I peeked inside—never even used it—and learned there’s a no-refund policy if you opened the product. Who buys a product and doesn't look at it? Then they secretly enrolled me in three separate $999 payments!
Fast-forward to 2025: I dared to ask if they’d apply my initial $999 toward their “upgraded” product so I’d only owe the difference. They curtly told me to politely to shove it—that I’d have to cough up full price again. Their shady presentation never once mentioned installments, so they’ve blatantly stolen my money.
I told them to keep their ill-gotten $999 and I refuse to do business with crooks. After digging through other scathing reviews, it’s clear this outfit is just another high-ticket scam—empty promises, hidden charges, and zero integrity.
Warning: These crooks thrive on deception. Steer clear of Commission Hero AI unless you want your wallet gutted.

We are sorry you feel that way, but our terms and services with our refund policy are shared before purchase. Plus, often, when we have a new product, we offer it at a discount for current students, understanding that students have already purchased previous items, and we respect that, but offering a specific student discount. Apologies that it didn't work out, but if you decide to jump back in, we will be here to support you!

They will show a lot of motivational videos to get you hyped up to make you thousands of dollars. Once you sign up for one thing no matter how big or small their end goal is to take as much money as they can from you after every sign-up to upgrade more and more. they will ask through their emails and nonstop phone calls and text messages which are quite annoying. However, they only stop once they know they’ve maxed you out. They will try to put you on installments With whatever loan company they can. It’s definitely not worth it especially for private coaching, the coaches don’t follow the curriculum like they should. They will teach some students one thing and some students another thing and some will perform better than others and Robby doesn’t care what the coaches do he still gets paid. If he were to monitor the coaching program better I would be writing a better review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry you feel this way about your experience. We offer additional programs to students who are interested in them. We are not forcing anyone to join anything, but we are offering additional support if a student wants it. Our coaching curriculum is created by our coaches as a team. There are different ways to approach certain steps in the process, and this can be based on preference—not necessarily that one approach works better than another. Robby is very involved with the coaching program and also regularly reviews their curriculum. I am sorry if you were given a different impression.

Buyer beware…..
I was charged 3 times for the program on 2 different email accounts. They did end up refunding my money for 2 of the times but told me that they couldn’t refund me my money from the 3rd one because there was a no refund policy! Which I know that this is incorrect because they have a 14 day return policy if you don’t use the program and I have not used it. I have not spoken to anyone from there I canceled all my calls with them. I called Digistore and my credit card but I have not heard back from them. They accused me of buying the $999 a month plan and I didn’t pay that amount so I don’t know what they are talking about. Their billing at checkout is messed up because it kept giving me an error code then I kept getting emails that I haven’t joined the program then I went through checkout several times and finally didn’t get an error code to find out that I’d been charged 3 times! Buyer beware on this scam! Also when I asked about the $1000 bonus they said they didn’t have one! Again a scam! How can anyone trust this company after all that?
Response from Commission HeroMar 24, 2025
Thank you for you review. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We do not offer a $1000 bonus to specific people, so not sure where that came from, but they are correct in telling you that is not something we offer. We do apologize for any confusion on that piece.
Looks like we went ahead and cancelled and refunded your duplicate order, but kept the original because the course was accessed, which is outlined in our policy.

If Trustpilot has 204 reviews with an…
If Trustpilot has 204 reviews with an average of 4.4 for this company, I'd venture to say that probably 202 of them were written and snuck in by Blanchard media (company owners). I am currently in day 4 of the 1K 5-day challenge. I CANNOT log into the site to complete the homework assignments, i get a mandate to change my password EVERY DAY when trying to log in, and when I write to support (because they don't take calls) I usually have to wait 7-8 hours for a half-reply. I also started filing concerns on their facebook page and that just ticks them off and probably delays their responses even longer. I made the cardinal affront of actually asking for a refund and that met with a quick response on no, of course, even though they have YET to provide the very items they advertised! They're terms and conditions indicate they are under Daytona, Florida jurisdiction, but their corporate office is listed as being in Acton, Mass., so I suspect that's to throw off any naysayers. I'm contacting BOTH states' attorneys general, just to cover my bases. I've spent 20 years as a broadcast journalist in major markets across the country, covering, among other things, consumer fraud. I NEVER thought I would get the rope-a-dope done to me. Now I know how George Foreman felt when Ali didn't connect with that last punch. Buyer Beware!
Well it's now 1150 pm EST on 12 December, and my review is less than 4 hours old. i just woke up to see that at 907 pm EST, les than 2 hours after the above was written, Commission Hero had a sudden change of conscience and refunded all my money. It is worth noting that in THEIR Trustpilot response, they infer that they DO have a refund policy allowing for 14 days if you do NOT access their information." Since I would never impose upon Trustpilot for their space unneccessarily wasting their space, all i will respond to that is that I used my broadcast journalism mindset and copied and printed Commission Hero's ENTIRE terms and conditions anticipating a fight about this, and NEVER such an inference is displayed. But I'm happy to send them a copy to refresh their memory.
My thanks and kudos to Trustpilot for being the smoking gun catalyst that has once again proven that cheaters (and liars) never prosper. I guess the moral of the story for Commission Hero is.....
NEVER piss off a reporter.

Thanks for your review. We apologize that you did not like the 5-Day 1k Day Challenge. We are always happy to provide support for logins and ensure you have access to what you should have access to, but our team does require time to respond. The facebook group is a great place for questions about what you are learning in the Challenge training. Robby and the coaches are happy to help answers there, but again it can require a little bit of time for us to get to the questions and provide answers, but our goal is to provide support.
Our return policy is clearly stated before checkout and states you have 14 days for refund so long as you don't access the material. This is because it is a digital product and we cannot control what happens once the coursework is accessed. I hope that makes sense as we need to protect ourselves as well.

Deceptive advertising
I decided to try the commission hero course at 50% off..yet, after I provided my cc# another page popped up stating "bonus" for signing up today; appearing to be FREE with a lot of text.... blah blah blah.. you had to click the box to activate..
( which I didn't)
After reading through the bonus page at the bottom- in fine print-there is a monthly recurring fee over $200.00..
I did NOT click on the page anywhere..
I decided to simply NOT move forward..and to CANCEL... it felt dishonest, deceptive and not what I was interested in. I hate upsales before you even trust the service.
It was difficult to find the support info to contact to cancel.
I finally contacted digistore and they said NO refunds. After sending more emails they forwarded my emails overseas to their international office who then forwarded my request to commission hero; VERY poor customer service..
I called capital 1 and found out they charged me for both programs! without approval!
I finally received a direct message from commission hero attempting to keep me signed on and offering discounts to keep the coaching program. I DECLINED.
To date, it appears they have provided a full refund; it hasn't cleared in my bank yet.
For those of you interested in pursuing this company I would read through all the reviews first.
I wish I had; I would have NEVER signed on.
RB is a hard core solicitor online; He uses every cheap trick to psychologically influence you into this program. There are continuous upsells which is another cheap trick.
Currently, there is no one restricting this type of business online. AVOID.

Thanks for your review. We apologize for your experience. Our Support team would have been happy to assist. We do offer additional items at checkout, which you have to click on the box to activate and confirm. This is not required thought. As long as you didn't access anything, we could work with you on it no problem. We are certainly not trying to be dishonest, we are simply offering additional support that may help, but as we always say, our programs are full programs on their own that anyone could need to get started with affiliate marketing. With not having your name here, it is hard for us to follow up and look into this further, but we would be happy to if you email support.

This program is a total scam. Don’t join.
Don’t join this program. It’s a SCAM FRAUD when you join the minute you put your credit card and your credit card has been charge. They ask you more money. They say if you don’t pay $300 per month you won’t succeed and after that it’s another $300 per month for a funnel, otherwise you cannot operate. It’s a total scam. I tried to have my money back. They listen to me because they want more money when I say I want a refund they hang up on me all the time.
Response from Commission HeroNov 25, 2024
Thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel this is a scam, but I do feel like there may have been a misunderstanding. Of course the credit card is charged upon checkout.
We have not and will never say you NEED to spend any amount of money as the only way to be successful.
We offer various programs for those who want the extra tools or support, but nothing is NEEDED to be successful other than our courses. Sorry if that was not conveyed clearly.
I can also assure no one hung up on you, because we do not offer phone support, so I am not sure who you were speaking with, but it was not our support team.

If a zero could be given then that’s…
If a zero could be given then that’s what it’d get. NO REFUNDS!
They lie to get your money. Then you end up spending THOUSANDS to even get some sales. But you won’t be able to keep up with those that are spending 10x what you can afford. So there goes your profit.
Be ready to dish out $10k plus before you get where you might break even. Claiming "all businesses have startup costs" is not a reason to make it seem like its not gonna cost well over $10k to get the return that is being promoted. Again, its a lie to get you hooked, and then you have to fork out a lot of cash to get to a point where it MIGHT replace a part time income.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'd like to address a few things mentioned in your review. We do have a refund policy that is clearly stated at checkout before purchase. For most of our products you have a certain timeframe to return as long as access to training did not occur because it is a digital product.
As far as cost, all businesses have start-up costs, and it's about investing in yourself and your business. Success happens at different rates with our students, but with our Facebook coaching group, Robby and the coaches can help and guide students.
We wish you the best and since you have access to the course still, we hope at some point you will jump back in. We will be there to support you along the way.
