I love the product. It worked perfect for about 25 days. Then the fan quit working and it overheated. When trying to contact the company to get this resolved I could not get hold of anyone. To start a clams process they wanted me to download stuff upload stuff, give information that I did not have any idea what it was? So I had to return it.

Unacceptable response times and poor hardware durability I purchased a Comma device, and the sensor unit failed after just two months of light use. Support was painfully slow to respond, taking up to a week per reply. I warned them I would file a chargeback, and they completely ignored the warning. Now they have physical possession of the unit and are asking for 7–10 business days to repair it, but I have no interest in keeping hardware that broke this quickly or dealing with this level of support. I am keeping my chargeback active for a full refund and would advise potential buyers to be cautious.

When you order outside USA as a company, and need different billing/shipping address with PayPal protection, you will get an unusable invoice. I oredered twice, and cancelled both finally. They have no any billing/sale support. No phone, no e-mail, no chat. They say about a "ticket" support, but not exisit.
