Ordered Christmas print items in mid November 2024, have not received them as of Jan 2, 2025. Sent multiple messages to the customer support email and have never gotten a response.

An absolute scam. I wont trust buying from an IG company anymore. Ordered some grinch sweaters for my family in November. It's not January 1st and nothing yet. I keep getting odd parcel updates. Originally from Belgium. Dont fall for this scam.

Ordered 2 grinch sweaters for Christmas 12/3. Today is 1/1/25 and still no sweaters. My tracking says it’s coming from Belgium, had I known that I would have never ordered them. Also, after reading a review about being overcharged. I went back to my CC and noticed I was overcharged an extra $16.94. Should have realized it was a scam when it kept directing me to PayPal. Never again

After 30 days the shirt I ordered still has not arrived. Tracking information seldom updates and rarely provides verifiable information. Very disappointed with this online experience.

I ordered a sweater for Christmas. The order was placed on November 5th (of THIS year). It is now December 29th, and I STILL do not have the sweater. I realize this company is overseas, but two months later and I haven’t received my item (and I missed Christmas, the point of the sweater) ?!? This is totally unacceptable. I will NEVER order from these jerks again, and I highly recommend that you don’t, either !

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Seriously total scam I’ve been waiting over a month for a package! It’s after Christmas now so the grinch shirt is obviously of no use! Customer service is a total run around! Buyer beware!! I ordered mid November and it’s now almost 2025 and nothing!

I ordered two Christmas items in late Nov and have yet to receive either. Run from this company. Don't lose your money like I did. Fortunately it was a small purchase. Stay with Amazon.

If I could do a zero I would. I called within 12 hours of placing my order to cancel it and get a refund. Iwas told it had already shipped. That was a lie. I got a tracking number which I couldn’t access showing it in Spain with only 1 item of 3 that I ordered. I looked at my credit card and was charged more than the total amount showing on that order. It was hell to get $11.36 back. I have been through 12 plus emails detailing why I want my money back, no proof on my other two items still to come, etc. They refuse to address my concerns. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY PLACATE YOU WITH FRAUDULENT INFORMATION. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
