Took my money and never received my sweater. I contacted them and they said they would not return my money. Worse company ever.

Worst company ever. They literally robbed me. Took my money with no product! It has been well over 2 months since I ordered and all they can say (in broken English) is that it is on its way. The tracking has not updated since Jan 6th. Save your money and NEVER buy from these pirates!!!

Total rip off. Ordered sweaters for the holidays at the end of November. There appear to be two tracking numbers. One from Denmark and one from China. The customer service refuses to tell me precisely where it is and will not agree to a refund. It has now been 2 whole months. Don’t buy from this company.

Never arrived after 3 months. They took my money and I’m a mother of 2. Saw this ad on instagram and bought the item and shipped fake tracking for 2 months and no reply or merchandise. Scam.

I ordered a sweater at the end of November, it is now mid January and I have not received my item. Customer service just tells me to follow up with USPS which there is really nothing I can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I could give 0 stars. They are the absolute worst. Ordered a sweater. When it finally arrived, it looked nothing the pictures and was the cheapest quality, especially given the high price tag. I never wore the sweater and immediately asked to return it but they would not let me! What kind of company does not allow a return for unworn item? They kept trying to offer me $5 to keep the sweater. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

The scam warning reviews on here were exactly why I Googled this..As it happened to me too, ordered a Grinch sweater in early November nothing but a series of emails since then claiming my package is en route, "from Croatia" one state, but hasn't yet arrived at my house two full months later. What is further despicable obvious to me, if you scroll on this thread to the "positive reviews" of the company and products these positive reviewers claim to have received you will notice the sort of wording you'd expect an advertising wordsmith to use to sell you the product all over again. "chic" and "vibrant" etc. which tells me they are likely equally fraudulent reviews very possibly written by the same person. Beware and steer clear. And shame on Instagram for allowing this scam on their site.

I strongly advise against ordering anything from this company. I believed that I was buying from a US company. However, long after the order was processed against my credit card, I received an update that my order was in POLAND waiting for customs! I was later informed that the company I was dealing with was located in CHINA! When I finally got my order, one item was not at all like the description nor the picture. I tried to get a refund through PayPal who was not helpful other than to tell me to go to the seller. The seller offered me $3 for a purchase of $20 plus shipping. After pressing the seller (sending photos), they told me that in order to get a refund I had to mail it to China at my own expense. This would cost more than the refund! So their final offer was a refund of $6! BEWARE of this company.
