I ordered a Women's Wine Turkey Family Sweatshirt, Size M on November 4 for Thanksgiving. Immediately I was overcharged and had to write to customer service. The overage as refunded. The shipping took so long I received the item after the holiday and requested return instructions. They refused to provide instructions for the return and instead first offered $3USD refund, which I declined. Then $5USD refund. I tried the item on and it was cut small. I wrote back and indicated the item didn't fit and please provide return instructions. So far, they have refused to provide return instruction and I have not seen any refund. Buyer BEWARE! This product is coming from China and they have poor customer service.

Buyer beware! Company is overseas. Shipping takes forever. Finally received Thanksgiving sweatshirt on December 2. It is NOT a sweatshirt by any stretch of the imagination. Sizing is huge. Contacted them and their response was to give it to someone else. Never again.

Wished I had read at least 1 of these reviews before I ordered from them. It took a month to get my order. The quality is NOT sweatshirt material by any means. On one of the "sweatshirts," the band at the waist is sewn on "ASSBACKWARDS." WHO DOES THAT! ANNNDDDD I ordered 2 "different" Christmas sweatshirts but they sent me 2 EXACTLY the same in 2 different colors. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL but not with this group. Not to ever worry...NEVER EVER AGAIN. BUYERS "BE WARE!" Hellyeah I want to return this shirt at their cost!!!

I would give a 0 instead of a 1 star!!!! Ordered from this company over a month ago. Took my money but never sent a receipt email. My PayPal shows they took the money out. They do not return emails or answer my comments on their Facebook. Do not buy from this company!

One shirt is not sized properly and I tried to return or exchange it. They REFUSED! I asked for a full refund and they REFUSED! They offered me a $2.00 refund. Run fast and stay far away from this company!! While the stuff looks cute, it's cheap as heck. Grrrr.....

They never give you real tracking info. It is a lie and I am probably out my money for my sweatshirt. I ordered this 2 weeks ago and it still has not left the country it was in. I will be contacting a lot of people about this company today!

My order was $200 . Could never track my order , could never get in touch with anybody , to help me . Yep this is is must be a scam . Dang my first falling for a scam 🤣

Scam site. I placed an order and was sent a fake tracking number. The tracking showed my package shipping from Spain. They are not a company based out of Hawaii. Look up Comfyboutiques.com on WHOIS. . . I have reported them to the FTC. Hopefully they will be investigated and shut down.
