Not a Hawaii company!! Scam!!! Ships out of Italy. Ordered Christmas shirts December 1 - today is Christmas- shirts still in customs 🤬

The shirt that I ordered was a nice shirt. The shirt that I received looked like a 6 year old sewed it. The seams were a mess, the fabric was cheap, the shirt had a white lining (not shown in the advertisement) and the shirt was completely square! I requested a refund and was denied. Now I am seeking my money back from my bank. Oh yeah, and it took 3.5 weeks to get here! Finally, my email receipt showed that I paid $32.23 but my bank account was charged $36 and change! SCAM! Do not buy from this company. You will likely regret it.

I placed an order the beginning of November and it’s Dec 23 and still have not received my Christmas shirts. Customer service just keeps saying it’s coming and tracking stopped on 12/12. I’m sure they won’t be here for Christmas

I placed the order early November to get a thanksgiving shirt. The shirt arrive Dec 16th. Not happy. I must admit the tracking of the package was amusing. It went from Granada Spain to Lerida Spain. To the sorting center to ‘the customs of Spain’ to being inspected. Then shipped to a US partner facility then to customs clearance of the US then from Salem- United States- funny no state mentioned. I noticed on another review that their package was being shipped from Hungary. Really people. Do you think we are that dumb!

I put an order in November it’s December 21st still no package! Information I keep getting says the package is in customs in the country of Hungary and it’s still waiting to get out of customs. I’ve asked for a refund three or four times now and they refused to give me any information on my product like product number or anything to give me a refund very dissatisfied so I probably won’t get my two T-shirts for Christmas which are Christmas T-shirts the waste some money waste and my time, so I’ll probably lose my money on this don’t order from this company. Do order from this company they are no help! SCAM!!!

11/14/23 I ordered a shirt online. 8 weeks later I received the shirt and it is EXTREMELY large and I cannot wear it. It doesn’t look gigantic on the pictured model at all. Disappointed for sure! Support at comfy boutiques at the first reply seemed that they were going to be helpful, I followed what they requested and the second reply was basically too bad we checked with the warehouse and the size is what was ordered and sent. True I ordered a XL and got a XL. But it’s more of a 4X (seriously )! No other info/support was offered by customer support. I’ve replied twice since for a return address and finally received a reply that it would be very expensive for me to return and they didn’t give a return address. Bottom line is that You are stuck with items ordered from this company. They could care less if you are happy with your purchase. I’m still waiting on the return address.

Placed my Christmas order on 12/1/2023 and still have not received. The product shipped from Burgos, Spain. There website portrays to by be US, but they are NOT! I'm hoping the quality is good so maybe I will get to wear next Christmas! SCAMADVISER (which I did not check, my fault): Website rating is low. Be careful.

Ordered my sweatshirts on November 12th, it's now December 20th and I still have no clue when I'll be receiving them. For the last 5 days, the tracking has said it's "made it to United States Customs" with no actual delivery date. I've emailed customer service many times for a refund and they won't issue one and can not help with the delivery issues. I wouldn't recommend them at all!
