This people have the go kart vertical stand as in stock and is been 3 weeks and still haven’t gotten a update on my order no tracking number no nothing and when I contacted them they were rude and just told me if I didn’t like it that they can cancel my order and refund me like I can do it myself after waiting for 3 weeks with no update they are not honest hopefully 🤞 I do get the stand after waiting for so long if I don’t get it soon I’ll be contacting next the fcc

I’m really not sure what to tell you. You’ve called and talked to us, we explained that the stand is in production at Streeter. It’s not a popular model and we did not have it in stock when you ordered it and neither does Streeter but they are currently making it. We offered to cancel the order or you could wait until it is ready from the manufacturer. I’m not sure how this is being rude. Calling us up and screaming at us on the phone does seem rude, which is what we have been subjected to by you. I’m sorry that the stand is not ready yet, but the only two options are patience as the manufacturer builds the stand, has it powder coated and shipped or to cancel the order. Why this has turned into you posting non-stop bad reviews about us I will never know. And it’s the FTC that you would contact, not the FCC.
