I ordered my usual products for which I had a 35% birthday discount code, however code didn't work and the full price was taken from my card. I sent Color Wow a email requesting that they apply the discount or cancel the order. The funds were returned to my card immediately. I then rang Color Wow and explained that I did want the products if they could apply the discount which the helpful lady did straight away. I love their products and I can only say from my own experience that their customer service is second to none.

I started with one product and now im using 4 different products from color wow line....IM IN LOVE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS!

I really don't know what the bad reviews are. I have just purchased this product the wow dream coat and for me it really is a wow. I have long thick frizZy hair that no product has ever worked on. This stuff has made my hair look so healthy and shiny leaving it feel soft and silky to touch. I got mine on Amazon as wanted quickly. I'm so fussy with my hair but I can't find one thing wrong with this product. So I'm really shocked on all the bad reviews. For me this is now my number one hair product.

I brought wow dream coat and it’s beautiful. My hair is so glossy and very smooth. No split ends. No frizz. Absolutely amazing stuff.

Literally WOW! After being a full time professional hairstylist for the last 15 years, these are THE best styling products I have EVER come across! My appointment times are halved as no longer need to straighten and finish each client because the blowouts are insane! Every client I've had has gone on to purchase these products, it's just like magic! There’s a reason it’s called Color WOW… A few months ago I’ve ruined my hair with bleach, and when I say ruined I mean I’ve properly chemically burnt my hair off. I’ve left it in that state and went along so that it can grow into a decent length to cut into a manageable and presentable style. Long story short, I’ve bought the extreme strength dream coat and the dream cocktail kale infused leave in treatment to use on my hair when I get my new hair cut. But upon receiving it, I decided to give it a proper try on my currently extremely damaged hair. In my opinion - my hair feels and shines like it did before the incident (just lighter in color due to the bleach). It’s the closest I got my hair in months to look “normal” and wear it down. It is not the softest or shiniest, but it’s changed dramatically in just ONE use and I am very excited to see what it will do on healthier hair. I will definitely keep on using these products.

Fabulous customer service and support. I ordered a product which didn’t suit me and emailed the company. They not only responded very quickly but gave me a full refund and told me to keep the product to carry on trialling. Couldn’t ask for a better response. Amazing company
