Wish I’d read the reviews first, I bought the XL bombshell volumiser and raise the root spray and they are both absolutely useless, they don’t even make the tiniest difference , I feel totally ripped off, I would normally just bin them and not write a review but they are expensive when you could buy John Frieda root lift products for a fraction of the price and get a fantastic result. I fell for the hype on Instagram and I totally regret it, please don’t fall for it , I’ve written this in the hope that other people will think twice and not waste money on pure marketing and ineffective products.

I ordered £58 worth of products on March 6. I never got confirmation or delivery of items. After eventually contacting customer service they told me the had an incomplete address for me! So why didn’t they email me any sort it? The emails I get advertising their product and welcoming me to the ‘fMily’ are relentless. So now I still have no goods ir refund which I have now asked for 3 times. It appears they are just ignoring me. Very dissatisfied and frankly customer service is awful! Please think twice befor ordering directly.

After seeing this viral video on Instagram I instantly ordered roots volume spray. Although I felt it was pricey but I didn’t mind if it worked but the disappointment kicks in when it arrives, I try it and it doesn’t do anything, literally nothing. It doesn’t lift the roots at all. Doesn’t give you any volume at all. I followed the exact method in the video to blow dry. I don’t usually fall for videos but I thought May be this time I should try it but damn I was so wrong and shouldn’t have bothered wasting my money.
