I’ve purchased the raise the root spray recently and as I expected it didn’t do a damn thing! Infact my hair feels so limp on the second day, sprayed more as it says to use on dry hair and again nothing. I’ve also used the humidity spray, which smells like water..this also does absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointing

I bought the Color Security Shampoo and Conditioner from my hairdresser. I am so disappointed in both of them. The shampoo leaves soap scum in my shower so imagine what it does to your hair. It clogged our drain like anything we have ever seen. So when it advertises 100% clean and residue free…do not believe it. It’s going in the trash…money down the drain. 👎

After having My Hairdresser use WOW DREAM COAT it on my hair yesterday, and raving about it, I immediately went on to Amazon and ordered one ... Arrived today, Missing the Most Important Part, the Nozzle 😕 ... I tried to return it online as I always have done with Faulty Products, and guess what ... ❓❓❓ A No Return Or Refund Policy ...❗ Thankfully the Wonderful Customer Service Operator have me a Refund directly from Amazon ... It beggars belief that they can send A Faulty Item and then Claim No Responsibility ...❗❗❗ I will Never buy their products again, nor Ever Recommend Them ..

I should have known better than the fake social media advertisements. Used as directed by influencers, YouTube and even the websites own page but haven’t noticed a single difference to my hair. blow dried and straightened it, on both my virgin hair and then once dyed too but no difference?? Even friends noticed nothing. Only good thing is that it’s weightless in your hair so atleast when the product use goes to sh*ts you don’t have to run and wash hair again. Very disappointing and waste of money.

Not very good at all. Its like an eye shadow - in the video when it is applied the hair changes colour immediately like you are painting on a colour - in reality it has not altered my hair at all. Not even a tiny bit. A waste of £30. Never again. These videos on instagram are completely misleading. I should know better.

I ordered the colour wow dream spray which advertised on amazing for humidity, amazing for fridge, the hair looked amazing but my hair feels awful with it and doesn’t style properly and is definitely more frizzier with it compared to the usual products I use. I wouldn’t recommend buying.

Would like give a O I ordered extra large volumizer foam and received 1.6oz can. It is an very average product. Nothing like the full hair advertisement. Save your money.
