My appointment lasted over five hours, and my hair was left noticeably damaged. The manager told me the products had not been mixed correctly, which explained the outcome. The underaged cosmetologist drank Crown Royal served to her by her superiors. I was asked to return the next day. Afterward, I was threatened with legal action instead of being helped. I had to pay $220.00 to stop legal proceedings. This was a very disappointing experience.
