Solid start! Great advice, extremely professional and clear insights and advice on tax situations and how to setup my business. First year of solo consulting and I honestly can't imagine navigating the transition from a non-profit to this without Collective in my corner. I went from LLC and now S Corp tier (wish I had just started SCorp). The website is clear and helpful, easy to use. So good to see everything at a glance. The staff are really responsive and knowledgeable. Even when little issues come up with the system (which are inevitable with all the many intricacies of specific business setup) they are quick to resolve them and have solutions. Highly recommend the product and staff (and have been referring to friends).

While I had some initial frustrations with the calendly software (used to set up a call with a team member), I finally connect with Donna Anderson and I found her exteremely helpful. Furthermore, I signed up with Collective because I wanted to establish my LLC and S Corp, and I was not initally aware of the other services. Donna was great in giving me an overview of my membership benefits and walked me through setting up my account.

I have met with Shobi twice now and he is a ray of light! Incredibly helpful, thorough, and explains things clearly (and several times) in order to make sure I understand. He also patiently walks me through the tasks in question so I know how to do it myself. He has made my short time with Collective an incredibly positive experience and I look forward to future calls with him!

I am new, just starting with my s corp and had 100 questions. I felt really nervous and in the dark. Donna was extremely patient and walked through all my questions and did not make me feel like I was stupid at all. I walked away from this meeting feeling much more confident and excited to move forward.

Cameron was super nice to work with during my initial setup and payment. He took the time to meet with me more than once so that I could understand everything I was signing up for. Donna was amazing at onboarding me and being patient with all my questions! The system itself has also been very straightforward, and the team moves quickly to problem solve. Great guy great help

I've worked with John at Collective for the past few years, and he's become a trusted advisor as my business has grown. Numbers and taxes aren't my strong suit, but John has a wonderful ability to break down complex financial topics in a way that's easy to understand.
