I’ve had a great experience with Collective from the start. The onboarding process was smooth, and their team helped me set up my S corporation and get my business finances organized. What stands out most is the one-on-one service. Whenever I have a question, someone is there to help and explain things clearly. I’d recommend Collective to anyone starting a business who wants support with their finances and peace of mind as they get established.

Onboarding
Shahzeb was my onboarding advisor and has been very helpful so far! I just started with Collective, and everything has been easy and straightforward. It’s still early, so I’ll definitely update my review as I continue working with them and have more experience with their services.

Document support
I needed urgent help to acquire a document from the IRS, I had been trying for the last 3 weeks with no response from the IRS. Contacted Collective and Mo was able to help me right away. The issue was resolved and the form was acquired the same day! Excellent customer support!

Lifeline for my business
Collective has been a supportive and excellent solution for my business. It's SO AFFORDABLE and they are flexible and understanding. I had two very unfortunate experiences with accountants/bookkeeping before Collective, and they were understanding and patient with my hesitations and anxieties. The service is great, and I cannot recommend them enough.
