Kein Geld zurück, keine Rückgabe möglich, da keine Rücksendeadresse und auch keine Antwort auf jegliche Adresse auch nicht auf den Namen janis521 welcher in der angegebenen Mailadresse erscheint alles Fake-Adressen zu sein...... Leider also passt alle auf !!!!

Do not order from this company absolute rubbish quality rubbish if you try to return it costs £50 . Should not be allowed to advertise on face book. They should offer you £50 to keep it . Please do not order from this company all it is is a cheap plastic fan .

Giving them 1 star is too much expecting air conditioners and got cheaply made fans And it cost a lot of money so sad that people get cheated

I ordered this item on the understanding that this was an air conditioner/chiller fan with a refrigeration coil to chill the air. The item is not as described in the advert. It is a low level circulation fan with no chiller facility and the company advert is misleading to say the least. I want to return the item free of any charges and receive a full refund on the grounds of mis representation. I also paid for an extended warranty which I require a refund for as I will not be using the item. The item is not as advertised and is not fit for purpose described.

What a waste of money. No water tank. Last 40 minutes before you have to charge it. Paid £65.00 plus delivery and that was with 60% discount. Should not be allowed to sell this item.

The air only reaches one meter on full power, my old argos fan air reaches 5 meters cooling, Got taken in with advert, and asked to return it, but was told to send it back to China and pay for post. Did not say that when purchasing Or except 15dolars compensation. It is a scam. And stick to highstreet shops in future.
