It's a big CON!!! It is not an air conditioning unit... it is a FAN.

If I could give less than 1 I would. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. It’s a cheap desk fan not a portable air conditioning unit, it would hardly keep you cool right next to you face. Furthermore it’s really difficult to get a refund. This isn’t quite a scam because you do get a desk fan but it’s absolutely missold on the website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (unless you like wasting money and time)

Would not recommend this company. Received my package and they were rubbish contacted company and asked for return label they said i had to pay for return postage which cost about £50.to return to China. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMP🤬

What a waste of money. I would not pay £2 for it. DO NOT BUY. Not only is it totally pathetic, it took 3 weeks to arrive. I wasted a further £18 for the warranty which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Absolute scam

If I could give these zero stars I would. The advert was for an air conditioner that reduces the room temperature what I got was a cheap small fan. I should have know better. Please do not buy anything from these con artists.

Order Number: 26156184 Order Date: 7/10/2026 I ordered this item on the understanding that this was an air conditioner/chiller fan with a refrigeration coil to chill the air. The item is not as described in the advert. It is a low level circulation fan with no chiller facility and the company advert is misleading to say the least. I want to return the item free of any charges and receive a full refund on the grounds of mis representation. I also paid for an extended warranty which I require a refund for as I will not be using the item. The item is not as advertised and is not fit for purpose described.
