Also had problem locating where you are supposed to put the water into the Coldeez cooling AC. There are no instructions in box and no obvious markings on fan itself. Can anyone help??

I received a tower fan and not the Coldeez ace that I had ordered. They offered me $15 rather than send it back as they wanted me to pay the return postage. I feel that this is a con and do not any circumstances buy this.

This is a scam that is preying on those struggling in the heat. There is no evaporation unit, it's a fan from China. I'm trying to get a refund on behalf of my old dad, they say he has to return to China. Looking to PayPal for compensation. Avoid.

£60 for something that just blows air around. Coldeez cooling ace is utter garbage they say on their website this cools any room in seconds absolute lie! It says it has a freeze function which again is utter nonsense. Coldeez need to be shut down now and stop misleading people into thinking there getting an ice cold cooler absolute rubbish 😡 Trading standards need to investigate

I’d give zero star if I could. I was scammed into buying 2 of these fans. The ad looked genuine and I thought these would be perfect. They arrived today and nowhere to put any water, they are also noisy, even though ad said very quiet, no they are not. And to top it off I even bought an extended warranty. Cannot believe I fell for this one. They make you think it’s a uk company and delivery. No it’s not, they’re from China. Cheap crap and costing a lot for what they are. I’m angry with myself for falling for it. And they gave a cheek to say but only from them as there are fake/false sites. This is a scam company and being as it’s China what chance has anyone got to get money back, tho I will try even if I can get a chargeback through my credit card. I’ve emailed them so will see what response comes back. Probably be I’ve got to pay postage and if it’s resealable I’ll get a refund. Same old story from these companies who entice you in

I ordered via Chicharm a company advertising the Coldeez products. I received a simple tower fan not the Ace cooler. It is not the correct item I am convinced they are sending these fans out instead of the ice cooler. There is nowhere to add water. To add insult to injury they have told me to return to China at my expense $50-70 and offered $10 compensation. I will not accept this and will hound them
