Absolute rubbish! Was supposed to come with water cooling trays. Nope. It's just a fan and not a very good one. Also you pay for shipping and insurance took price up to £70. Returnable? Yes you pay for it to go back to China. Learn from my mistake folks!

Very disappointed with this product
Very disappointed with this product. ITS JUST A FAN. Was very misleading about the product , said it had a ice cold blast it doesn't. If you were thinking of buying one DON'T. Total waste of money. Could have gone out and bought a tower fan cheaper. Coldeez you should be ashamed.

Cooling Ace is a widely reported scam…
Cooling Ace is a widely reported scam involving cheap, mass-produced fans marketed as high-tech air coolers under multiple brand names.
How the Scam Works
The Cooling Ace is heavily advertised on social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, often with viral-style video ads claiming it can cool entire rooms quickly using “advanced Japanese technology” at a fraction of the cost of traditional air conditioners

Key Warning Signs
Brand-new websites with no corporate history
Unrealistic claims of rapid room cooling
Identical products sold under multiple brand names
Fake or overly positive reviews
High prices for a cheap, mass-produced device
Difficulty obtaining refunds or customer support
Conclusion
Cooling Ace is not a legitimate air cooler but a bait-and-switch scam designed to exploit consumers with flashy marketing and inflated pricing. It functions more like a small personal fan rather than a true air conditioner, and buyers are advised to avoid purchasing from social media ads or unknown websites

Absoluter Schrott

Just an update from my review regarding…
Just an update from my review regarding the absolute scam of this company. They offered me a $15 refund then I could keep the goods, it then progressed to $20 then $30 then $40 refund and keep the goods. These are most likely Hong Kong dollars and the refunds offered are an insult. Return the goods at my expense for full refund. Anyway I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to charge back for the amount paid. This company have changed their original advert that I purchased from which made it look like a uk company. It’s a scam and there was no way I was going to give up trying to get my money back. Anyone reading this and has these fans, get in touch with your card provider and try and get a refund
