I cannot believe I’ve been stupid enough to be scammed. Waited over 6 weeks and no show.

This company are the worst. Customer services are either not too bright/not interested or they cannot understand English. No matter what you write to them, if they do reply at all, it is to give a tracking number and tell you it is delivered, beyond this they do not care. My issue in a nutshell is it seems Yodel the courier have uploaded incorrect or spurious tracking which makes the whereabouts of my two parcels from Colaley in dispute. Yodel interviewed the courier (as a result of my enquiry - not Colaley who have not approached them) and have responded the interviewed courier did not produce any clarity (ie he is lying!) I have had to chase this up myself with Yodel as Colaley customer services are doing nothing to help other than repeat like automatons what the tracking no is and that a delivery was made to me! I purchased these items in good time to take on holiday. No chance I will ever see them and am beginning to think the same regarding my hard earned money for those 2 orders. I know it is not the fault of Colaley the orders have got 'lost' in the Yodel system - but they seem to think their obligation is over with because tracking says delivered (to some random neighbour whom I have no idea where they are!) They ignored my emails until I opened PP cases...then they replied promptly...with the same old, same old response about tracking. Completely ignored all the details I provided including the email I received from Yodel after their investigations and Colaley responded that they needed ME to provide a certificate of non receipt from Yodel! Another response following on from them was gobbledygook again - didn't understand what they were saying! There are quite a few people online calling them scammers. Also the company who provided the initial tracking 24service.vip has also had a load of awful reviews calling them scammers too. What the heck is going on here? Are they connected? I just hope Paypal can help but it is worrying when you have a lying courier with false tracking uploads because disputes rest on the tracking as proof of delivery but what happens when tracking says one thing and customers say another?

Absolutely shocking!!! Received a mascara that can not be used the whole brush gets covered in watery gloopy mascara. Customer services offered my £3 refund what a joke! I ordered because i saw a post on facebook with comments saying it was good i realise now that the comments were put there by the company. I would definitely NOT order again and id suggest you dont order either unless you want faulty useless goods thay you cant even use or send back!

I stupidly didn't look at reviews.. I'm sick of ordering online now. I didn't RECEIVE ANY OF MY ORDER...and the response to any action looking for answers is automated response 😒 😑 Do NOT ORDER FROM.THIS SITE

Coaley IS A FAKE SITE !! 100% SCAM SITE FALSE TRACKING INFORMATION Perfectly worded holding email responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.!! IF you have a RING DOOR BELL use it to expose non delivery of your goods. They will say they handed to you/someone ABSOLUTE LIE! I WANT MY 14.41 BACK!! VERY UNHAPPY TO OF BEEN A VICTIM OF COLALEY

I stupidly didn’t read reviews before I made my purchase! I wish I had! I ordered mascaras - the offer was buy 2 get 1 free! Sadly only 2 arrived. Despite numerous emails back and forth, they refuse to accept that I only received 2 and claim their warehouse have checked and did not make a mistake! I should also point out that I was overcharged too initially although they did sort this quickly. They offered me a refund of 2GBP and then increased this to 4GBP. Told them to keep it as they obviously need it more than me! Feeling like I’ve been scammed!

Using fake advertising with content from random people on tiktok. I know this because I follow one of the people in the advertisement and saw the original video. She was using Maybelline instead of Colaley (yet Colaley is using her video as if the results are from their mascara). On top of that, all the people in the advertisement are using different mascara wands, which is another indication they're just stealing content. Never ever buy from them. At the very least, they steal content and use false advertising, but judging by other reviews they also overcharge, don't have actual customer service, often don't send out items, etc.

I was overcharged, I noticed & raised straight away, told me I'd ticked something that's why - rubbish I agreed to be paid a certain amount they overcharged. They refunded difference, however, still waiting for my products 3 weeks later. Getting tracking info from 2 different places xborderecommerce & shiping @ 24hservice.vip asked them about it, given a 3rd tracking number and site, TN not recognised on site. Keep getting told tracking system being upgraded, error with tracking & to be 'patient', no straight answers. I commented on FB about overcharge, they deleted & sent snotty PM. I have been banned from replying to their customer service messages which is where I was communicating with them. It's a scam.
