I also ordered end of August and still not received my products. I was told something wrong with address, then I would have to pay more for a repeat order. Can have a refund minus postage and cost of product. What a joke. Total scam company DO NOT ORDER

Absolute scam! Do not buy! I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 31st August and it’s now 2nd Nov and still not arrived. I’ve queried this many times over the last month and they kept saying it will arrive. Now they are saying there is a problem with the address and I can either pay for more P&P to resend or get refunded minus P&P!!! What a joke! I’ve received nothing. There was nothing wrong with the address - just a scam! I’m not paying more to get the product I actually ordered and a refund will be a few pounds after P&P - such a rip off. We are at a stale mate as I want a full refund or the actual mascara and they’re saying pay more even though I haven’t received a thing! DO NOT BUY!!!

One star is one star too many! I also feel I have been scammed. No delivery as yet and order was placed beginning of September. Noticed they had taken double the amount of money they should have. I have emailed them several times asking them to cancel my order and to give me my money back. Their response is that they are unable to do so as delivery on its way. If you buy from the U.S do we not have the same consumer rights as we do in UK? Obviously not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Will be seeking advice from my credit card company.

A complete scam. Be warned, these people are thieves and will take your money and not send your product. They will then try and blame the shipping carrier. When they have not sent you anything. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
