Avoid ! They do not understand UK Consumer Law, bras received and didn’t fit. Advised on the day of receipt and heir solution was could I give them to someone else ! Absolute joke .

I ordered a bra and was charged more than the checkout price. Colaley would not accept a return and refund when the bra didn't fit

Ordered 2 bras ,they dont fit ,ive tried and tried to get a return label and they just wont send me an address,just offered £3 discount , never again will i buy from this company

SCAM!!! They take more money out of your bank account than they say it costs on your invoice. Also product does NOT work! Stay away!!!!

Had completely broken my habit of checking a company at Trustpilot first and tried to buy a bra. It clearly showed the price as £12.99 with free shipping. Fortunately for me, my bank declined and I could see it was trying to take £16.99. Not a massive amount, but I’m pleased it didn’t go through. Don’t buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER!! 1. I was overcharged for my order and haven't had a refund 2. I have had an allergic reaction to the mascara - puffy eyes and red spots on my skin (may just be my sensitive skin, so be wary) 3. It does not work at all like the videos on their facebook page, it is gloopy and not waterproof at all 4. If you try to engage with their customer service or write a bad review on the facebook ad you get blocked/told to have a nice day

ordered shorts in late January to the uk arrived 20feb. The finish was dire with lots of poorly finished seems and threads. very thin material almost see through . material 40% cotton/60 polyester. I did photograph the poor quality issues so they can see the quality I complained and was told to cut the threads and they said the standard was satisfactory but would tell there manufacturers. i emailed again saying this was poor customer service as well as a poor product. i am now trying to obtain the return address but that seems to be an issue too. If they read this hopefully someone with good customer services might have a a resposnse on how to return
