I bought 2 bras from this website. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions to return the goods as they are not fit for purpose. I have had the same experience as the other people on this site. I ordered the size according to their sizeing chart and also the recommendations by them for other customers. When the bras came they were tiny. I sent them photos showing my bra and theirs side by side to show the difference in the sizing. I am E cup and I would say theirs is a A cup, honestly it crazy. I asked for a refund but They keep telling me that I don’t qualify for a refund as they sent me the same size as I ordered, they say to give it to someone else. The only person that it would fit is my granddaughter in about 10 yrs time. Has any one any suggestions what can all do about this.

DO NOT BUY FROM COLALEY I ordered the mascara that is supposed to give you amazing lashes unfortunately the mascara isn’t as described. It has the texture of gloopy PVA glue and makes your lashes have a clumpy horrid mess. Customer service is very poor and lack understanding thankfully I ordered via Klarna and I have reported the issue to them. Hopefully Klarna can resolve the case and I will receive a refund through them.

Total scam. I as others ordered bras using their directions and they are totally wrong not just a little big but massive. It wasn’t until the dispatch information was received that I knew they were coming from abroad. Customer service offer £5 as they state returns would be to expensive. On principle I will return them but no shock they have stopped responding to my emails. My advice to anyone is to not buy from them.

Would give zero if I could. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I too ordered bras and they don’t fit but only offered £5 as ‘compensation’. They say I cannot return as postage costs too expensive even though their website says they are based in the uk!

AVOID. Bras do not fit although their own size guide was used for accuracy. Company does not accept returns and refuses to refund payment despite website states free returns.Suggests gifting to someone. Extremely poor customer service.

AVOID. I have ordered the bras which do not fit. They will not provide a returns address and say they will not refund despite saying on their website it is free returns! They have suggested I give them to someone else !!!!!!!

Ordered the bras (buy 1 get 2 free). Absolutely useless. Tried to return, but they won't give their address to post back. I thought I was buying from a UK company, but I suspect from the emails they are from abroad. They do have a returns policy on their website, but I've sent loads of emails and just get a canned reply. Never will use them again.

SCAM! Same as other reviews! Ordered a bra based on their size guide and it is severely mis-sized. Said their rules are that they don’t give refunds as they sent me what I ordered! Offered me £3 also. Absolutely disgusting. They’ve now stopped responding to me.
