Stay clear of this online company. Zero customer service! No returns address given! Bad sizing! Not good quality. Emails ignored!!! AVOID buying anything

Wish I had come here first. Had to give 1 star to be able to comment. No zero or even minus option available. Sizes are way off. Even ordered up a cup to be sure still too small. Their response is due to correct item being sent it’s not their issue and advised me to gift them to a friend. I sent my reply which I had back an offer of £3 refund. Refused this saying I wanted a full refund and to return the items. Had a final response that they’ve done all they can and the maximum they can refund is £5. Awful company shocking customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

if I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I feel completely ripped off after buying 2 bras from this company. sizes are way off, bought 2 in the same size and when I tried them both on the difference was ridiculous. customer services informed me that due to their returns policy sizing problems were my fault. told me to give them to someone else. I said this wasn't an option for me I just wanted to return them. they offered me £2 as a good will gesture. I've asked for a charge back on my credit card as these were absolutely not worth the money... they even said they were disappointed with my opinion as the bras are of superior quality as testified by many many customers. joke of a company. wish I'd have read the reviews first.

Item not as described total waste of money, and refused a return and refund.

I brought two bras from this company using the size guide when they came they was to small got in touch with them they offered me £3-00 if didn’t send back the bras was £29-71p because they said it would cost me high to send back there was no return form in the package or address on it so never buy again

Absolutely dreadful 😔 unfortunately, I did not read any reviews before ordering 3 of their bralets. Upon trying to return them, they asked various relevant questions via numerous emails, obviously trying to sicken me so I stopped trying then ultimately told me I couldn't return them and that I should give them to someone else!!!

This is the response I received from this company when the size they recommended for my bra size was way too small - “If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective. Yours sincerely,” Do not buy from this company, as they will not give you an address to send the goods back to.

Why have I done this. No order received and overcharged! Facebook must be responsible for these s a Chinese companies
