Same as others on here, terrible quality item and I've been emailing for weeks trying to send it back. Have had a response asking for a QR code but nothing more. Its paid via klarna so hoping i can cancel the payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY Update.. asked me to return to a chinese address.. Will cost more than the item to sens back and no guarantee of refund Further update.. Klarna have told me to return to China within 7 days or i will be charged.

Ordered a front fastening bra. An extra charge was added on without agreement. PayPal queried it but company were non compliant. The bra doesn’t fit and no support. I have searched the website for a return address and seem to be going round in circles. I obviously would like a refund but it appears to be impossible to contact the company. I now wish I had looked at the reviews.

Total scam, on phone to bank now trying to get my money back as they took more than I had authorised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. CON MERCHANTS. I was silly enough to buy bra’s looked great on FB. Do not fit even though used sizing chart on their website, flimsy rubbish material and absolutely no support. Now when trying to get a refund. Same as everybody else on line chat no response. Now trying to get refund from PayPal. PayPal should not facilitate payments for this company. This company had the cheek to offer me £2 compensation after I paid £30. Then when I refused said “Send them back but will cost you a lot to send back to China”. PayPal are making investigations about this company, I told PayPal to read the reviews on here. Yay PayPal found in my favour and issued a full refund. At least PayPal are an honourable company.

Poor flimsy material.I tried to get a refund via s chatbot,( the only option) then passed onto an admin team,they suggested passing them on to someone else,2 emails later and no response.Complete waste of money.

Just don’t do it

Wish I had checked for reviews before ordering, took more money than what was on order confirmation , email link on order not working, I paid through PayPal so trying to get my money back that way. Now got to wait till 11th sept for them to reply to paypal

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Avoid them at all costs. Took more than the actual amount off my card, didn't receive the goods. Can't get a response from them, only an automated robot chat. Do not go near this company!
