I would like to update my review posted on 23 August 2023. I have been bouncing emails to and fro the 'customer support' dept - which is about as supportive as the bits of cloth they are manufacturing as 'bras'. I have been offered first £4 then £6 'compensation' which I have refused as I demand a full refund. After 7 or 8 emails fobbing me off the 'worker' offered me money from her own wages to get me off the case. This is deplorable. They refuse to refer me to anybody senior and will not provide director or company information. My money is lost and gone - PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP! Somebody is cashing in on this rip off. I am exhausted from even trying to communicate with them. It is impossible to refer to any paperwork as it miraculously disappears from screen. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING

I ordered a bra from this company after seeing an advert on Facebook. However I stupidly checked reviews after ordering so immediately decided to cancel. I checked their cancellation policy and it states you can cancel up to 12 hours of ordering or before shipment. As I cancelled within the hour of ordering I expected a refund but they emailed me saying they were having problems and to be patient. They totally ignored my cancellation and shipped the item anyway. The item is cheap, badly made, and no way matches the description. The size is wrong even though I ordered from the size chart. I opened a dispute with PayPal who won’t do anything as the item was delivered and the company sent proof of delivery. I now have a useless item that would cost more to return. Also they sneakily added costs to the order without informing me beforehand. BEWARE SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!!

you won't get your items. And you won't get a refund. It's been 2 weeks for me now, no items. And just the same generic email they keep sending to me, about no refund.

Order came after around 3 to 4 weeks which I didn't mind as knew they were coming from abroad. However the quality is absolutely horrendous and they don't fit in the slightest. Tried to get details to send back and though I got a response all they were that the product is of superior quality and can I not give them to someone!!! Wouldn't dream of embarrassing myself by trying to palm these rubbish things on someone else!!! Lesson learned about doing a lot more research before buying from online companies in future

Ordered some bras and they supplied the wrong size. Refused to comply with their returns T&C and when I reported this to PayPal they offered a £6 refund on a £44 order. What a joke since the goods are not "significantly" not-as-described you don't have any rights according to PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I used the sizing guide provided by this company and ordered the appropriate size. the bras were way to small so I contacted customer care. What a joke! They suggested I give them to my friends since it would cost too much to return them for a refund. I pointed out that their sizing guide is off and they replied that I had been sent the size I ordered!! They didn't understand or chose not to. I am really considering reporting them to trading standards.

Scam business. They've sold my email.address and I am now being bombarded. Not received my order. If you have been scammed like me report it to the Information Commissioners Office if you are in the UK. Facebook are to blame for this by not clamping down on rouge traders. Seething

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I bought! Awful people to deal with. Poor sizing. No returns policy. Apparently it costs a fortune to return them! Iriots! What a laugh. These people give internet shopping a bad name.
