Do not order from this company, Ordered items 6 weeks ago have been advised in transit from USA and for the last week in Lincoln, UK. Have requested a refund from my payment source which thankfully I have been given. If item should arrive I will be refusing delivery as have since seen lots of bad reviews about the products.

Was almost taken in there! I got sidetracked whilst on Facebook. I'm always onbthe hunt for the perfect bra. I did think, this is probably one of these cheap Chinese companies and it is. So glad I came on here first to check them out beforehand. These companies should be banned.

Please don't order!! I ordered after reading Facebook reviews and not trustpilot. I have contacted them so many times and told your order has shipped be patient. Still waiting 6 weeks later and have lost patience. Have asked for a refund but you get a message saying please go to chat and so it continues.

Thankfully I used Klarna when I ordered from Colaley. Like most I made the mistake of trusting that Facebook would approve sellers before being associated with them -wrong! This is a fraudulent site 100%. It’s been over a month since I placed this order and I haven’t received anything (thankfully). Colaley won’t issue a tracking number so I can assume nothing has actually been posted. So I have lodged a dispute with Klarna as I have received nothing and no proof of delivery. It will take quite some time for them to investigate the issue but I’m in no rush, I’ve not paid thankfully. I doubt Colaley will have sent anything because I hadn’t paid upfront. They rely on people being trusting and paying, then sending out absolute rubbish that they won’t take back. Their cancellation policy if fake. I tried to cancel the order once I saw the bad reviews, and should have been able to because I had no notification that the order had been sent (the system shown my order status as ‘unknown’ even a month later funnily enough 😉). The customer service is a bot so there is no way to resolve issues. Only silly answers like ‘trust your first decision and wait for the order’ as a response to wanting to cancel. Shame on Facebook to allow criminals to pass themselves off as real companies on their platform, but I’m sure in time, laws will be passed to force companies like Facebook to do the right thing instead of just looking at their profit margins. Avoid Colaley at all costs, or I promise you will regret it!

They shipped the package 7 days after the order, it has been sitting in UK for almost 3 weeks. I am waiting now 5 weeks. Support just apologize but do nothing. I have liaise with them now for 2 weeks. No progress further than apology. Pathetic.

Ordered a month ago, no delivery. Cannot get any response from them via email or Facebook messenger. Paused my payment with klarna so I haven't parted with any money.

AVOID! I can see from reading the other reviews here that i've just been scammed by this company! Not usually so gullible, I ordered after seeing the positive reviews on FB and without doing the proper research. 6 weeks and still waiting for my order. Now after reading other reviews about how terrible the products are I don't care if it does arrive.
