Avoid it’s a scam. Bras are not comfortable and do not lift etc. no company details or return policy so you are stuck with a useless expensive bra

Firstly they look like a Uk company but aren’t they advertise on Uk website in Uk currency Secondly they over charged me the item was 12.99 and I approved 12.99 when I checked my statement they had taken 16.99 claimed it was an admin error Thirdly I ordered on 3rd September it’s now 11th October - no sign of item - tracking has been static for 2 weeks parcel company saying not received I asked for a refund they ignore you I have taken it to PayPal dispute They still haven’t refunded!! Scam company

I ordered 23rd Sep. No contact. Emails sent back. Took more money than amount said. Scam. Will contact payment card.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order in August which arrived in this country on 19 September. Still not here. Company will not provide refund and constantly tell me to be patient.

I would give 0 stars if I could. That's fraud. My order should be in the UK since 30/09/23 but has never arrived. When I try to reach their customer service (automated) I immediately get the answer "no order shown, please try a different email".

Never received item I paid for they are scammers

Not even had my goods ordered sept 1st it’s now mid Oct no answer to my emails. Don’t touch them the tracking seems to be going all over England but not in my direction it seems??????

This company should be avoided. Appears to be a scam. I have received many repetitive emails updating me on the progress of my order but the product has not arrived. It's been weeks now so I have written this off as a bad job and lesson learned. I too read Facebook reviews instead of checking the company out properly online. More fool me. I agree with other comments - companies like this should be banned. Why aren't they?
