No customer service. Haven't received my parcel for more than a month. Big scammers. Please stay away. Just lost my £25

Bought my bras 30/8/23, I too have been scammed. They are in a residential address in Birmingham UK. Klarna who I bought through are to get a refund for me and put my last instalment on hold till they do. Feel for us all. SHAME ON THEM !!

Mislead - not received after 6 weeks. Website leads you to believe they dispatch from UK. Found out after they are abroad but still says 7-15 days. Ordered item and 6 weeks later still not received. I have received multiple parcels from China since then to UK so other companies seem to be able to deliver in 2-3 weeks to UK with no problem. Never using again and requested a refund as doubt I will ever see my item.

Order not received after 6 weeks. No response from company

If I could put less than one star I would. The only email address is a bot who replies. Ordered 30th August 23 would like to say how bad the product is but seeing as I haven’t received it I can’t!!! Everything about this company is a total scam. Save your money and don’t buy from them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE COMPANY. My wife ordered a bra 6 weeks ago, has subsequently chased several times as initially she had messages saying it was in the UK, then all communication stopped. When chase all she receives back is automated BOT responses. Clearly she has been scammed.

As other comments. Ordered this on 1st September. Shipping info says in UK for 2 weeks and not delivered. Customer service is just a bot. Will request charge back from credit card.
