Do not send your elderly relatives here. Conversely. If you are an older person looking for a assisted living facility do not entertain cogir as a possibility. They are all about the bottom line. Completely unprofessional, very high turnover, very low caregiver to residents ratio. Management spends most of its time in meetings. Every time I called about my mother I was treated disrespectfully or they had no idea what was going on. So many mistakes and my mother was always sad and upset by it. They then act as if complaints happen all the time, every resident makes them and they can't be bothered. My mother had 17 different caregivers in 5 months. Ridiculous and super expensive
