Co-Construct is very user friendly for the builder and the client. They have an excellent staff that is always helpful and friendly.

I am able to manage several large construction projects at one time without any PM’s or Superintendents. Also, my clients love it. Everybody is working from the same playbook. They can see the schedule anytime so I don’t get any of those “what is happening next, when does our tile start” etc. questions anymore. They see the budget & job cost anytime they want. I think the strongest part of CoConstruct is the selections. Everything you want to know about or communicate about appliances for instance is in the appliance selection. I watch some of my builder friends struggling without any real organization because they do not use any project management software. They ask me how I do so much with such a small team and stay so proactive. I say one word “CoConstruct”. Then I offer to come to their office with my laptop and show them how we do it. We were very organized before CoConstruct, but we were using several different apps to do all the things that CoConstruct does by itself. Last thing, CoConstruct works the way we builders think.

We have been using Co-construct since 2014. In the homebuilding industry we partner with venders and trades based on quality of work, quality of service and price. In the case of Co-construct the "work" the software itself is very good and constantly improving. In the early days there was no accounting integration let alone time clock, estimating, bidding and purchase orders. The "service" is top rate. We have had many challenges over the last six or so years and the customer service people have bee right there every time, from technical coding issues with QB desktop integration to personnel simply having trouble logging in. The innovation of the community is another example that I am sure will become even more useful over time. The price has changed from the early days but the concept of paying for the volume you need was I think was not that common back then. I started in this business in the trades and the amount of investment I had in tools and equipment was in the tens of thousands. We look at Co-construct the same way. It is a tool.
