CoConstruct is the best sub-client-team-information-Intergrated-file-sharing-messaging app I have ever used in my 25+ year career. It’s a single location to refer back to everything from conversations you’ve had to sharing shop drawings with multiple sub contractors. I show it and recommend it to everyone I come into contact with in the industry, in the course of my work day. When used the way it’s intended, it’s VERY effective and invaluable.

I have been a Co - Construct user for 10 years. I believe what makes the product so successful is that Donny Wyatt, the founder, has former builders on his staff and therefore the software directly reflects what builders need and want. They have also encouraged and implemented their customers ideas in the development of the product. I believe that effort is what has made Co- Construct a product that will continue to be cutting edge in the homebuilding industry.

I am in an administration type position, work only part time, and use coconstruct to clock hours only.

Great system. Extremely helpful. I heard from a friend of mine that you folks got bought out by Builder Trend very recently. What will that do to Co-Construct?

Improved Communication CoConstruct has helped us improve our communication with our buyers and trade partners. The software helps keep us more organized from the moment with meet a new buyer until the day they move in to their new home. The support we get from the tech team at CoConstruct is great, if they do not immediately know the answer to our question they will get back to us later.

Couldn't be happier!!! Your team is responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The alliance has separated us from others and our customers love the system. Joseph Mulholland
