Coco ClemReviews of cococlem.com

The customer service from this shop is exceptional. I purchased the Sheet of Paper sweater, and wasn’t sure about the sizing. Coco responded to my many emails very quickly and was patient with my many questions. The size I settled on unfortunately didn’t work and Coco is making the exchange so easy. I also purchased the No 2 Pencil scarf, and it’s fabulous! Both the sweater and scarf are well made and of nice quality. Between the outstanding customer service and wonderful merchandise offered, I highly recommend shopping at cococlem.com!!

both the necklace and earrings I ordered are exactly as pictured, and the packaging is darling! I've already gotten several compliments

Shipping is fast and product is so high quality!!!

Ordered for my daughters' teacher and it was so worth the wait! It feels amazing. Such attention to detail. She's going to love it!

There was a mistake in the order, but coco clem did a excellent resolving it. The embroidery scissor earrings are adorable and super well made!

These adorable one of a kind earrings are high quality and function like real tiny little scissors! Super cute easy to wear. Great customer service as well - I made a mistake in my order and they were able to correct it promptly over email.

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured.

I pre-ordered the stork scissor earrings and was told up front they would take about 10 weeks to arrive, since they were still in production. Coco Clem was very communicative through the whole process, including sending sneak peeks of the final product! They're super nice, a gorgeous gold color, and are comfy for my semi-sensitive ears.
