We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the Bio-Collagen Face Mask — that’s certainly not how it should arrive, and we understand your disappointment. Due to the delicate gel consistency of the mask, extreme heat during shipping can occasionally affect its structure. When this happens, we recommend placing the mask in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. This helps it regain its firmness and makes it much easier to apply as intended, with proper adherence to the skin.
