I've tried several different products to treat my dog's severe separation anxiety. Along with behavior modification, this CBD oil has beent the ONLY product to help her, including a prescription from the vet. I highly recommend this product and company for your CBD needs!

I had issues with my order delivery. I would have to say, that Colorado Botanicals went above and beyond to make things right. I have never received such great customer support from any other business.
Response from Colorado BotanicalsAug 23, 2024
Hi Alicia, we wish you had contacted us before leaving a review because we would have reshipped your order if we had known it had not been tracking this long. I'm checking our emails. I see you emailed us this morning, but we were not able to respond today because of the number of emails, phone calls, and live chat messages we've been getting. In the future, please call us at (800) 563-0187 for immediate response or message us on our Live Chat, which we respond to within 2-3 minutes at most. That is the fastest way to reach us. Regarding your shipment, we did have a delay for a week because we received so many orders that we did not anticipate, but upon checking the tracking number, it shows the USPS driver picked up your order (please check the tracking and you will see it says "Shipment Received"). Unfortunately, once it gets picked up, we have no control over what happens after. However, that does not mean we would blame USPS to avoid re-shipping orders or taking care of our customers. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will investigate this first thing tomorrow to find out what happened and get another package shipped immediately. Again, we're really sorry about the frustration this has caused you. You should not have waited this long to contact us. We'll be in touch with you tomorrow. We hope you have a great night.

I've tried several different products from other providers before I discovered Colorado Botanicals (CB). I thought I was using a decent product that produced decent results, and I suppose I was (maybe) - until I ordered from CB. Apparently, quality and care truly is everything! I could not believe the difference in how I felt using thier product. It made the "other" brands seem ineffective altogether. After 1 week of using CB's product, I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt and my knees and back felt amazing! Getting out of bed and up off of the couch was a whole new experience, not to mention my overall sense of well-being. When I finished my first jar (and had no more left), I still had some of the "other" products and began using them until my next CB order arrived. What a joke! It was like I was taking NOTHING at all, which made me question the prior purchases I made from them and if I was just imagining the efficacy and benefits because I really wanted to believe they were working. Colorado Botanicals is hands-down the leader in quality, efficacy, and good business! The difference I've experienced in my day to day quality of life using CB products is amazing! CB is my new standard!

Oh my dear goodness it has been WORKING!!!! The 25 MG gummies have been WORKING 😯 laughing but seriously. I have had the thought floating around in my mind for a couple years. To give cbd a shot. A little pricey BUT. My left knee is the most grateful knee east of the Mississippi River lol 😆 I can't believe it's been helping!?!? I've been somewhat skeptical about cbd. But now I am a BELIEVER ❤️ maybe I got lucky in picking out this particular company to choose from. There are sooo many out there yikes. It took a few to several days to really notice a different but, ohh what a DIFFERENCE!?!? I spoke with the gentleman who I believe was the ceo or president or what have you with a few questions. I still can't remember your name my good sir but. I recognized your voice from a video I had watched. Just got a really good vibe from this fellow is the best way I could describe it 😌 and. Abracadabra the pain is substantially less severe then it once was. Very. Very surprised and happy with the results. Thankyou guys so much 💯💯💯

Colorado Botanicals hemp infused gummies 25 mg helped relieve the arthritis pain I was experiencing in my knees. After a few days of using the gummies the pain was reduced to a manageable point. The ordering process was simple. The communications were great and the shipping of the product was on time. My experience with Colorado Botanicals has been a success.

I previously submitted my concerns about a CBD product from Colorado Botanicals. I’m updating my review to commend the company for the professional and prompt response. I received a phone call from a manger within days. He explained the concern that I had in an understandable manner. Not only that he refunded my payment, and replaced the product along with an assortment of other products . I’m impressed by the way this was handled. I want to thank Colorado Botanicals for their prompt response and to recommend this thoroughly professional company.
