Hi, we hope you're having a great 4th of July morning! We're really sorry to hear that you're still waiting on your order to be delivered. Unfortunately, we can't look up your order to check up on the status of it because TrustPilot only shows "L C." Still, I can say for certain that your shipment was either sent with USPS, which we moved to UPS now or else the only reason you would not have received it was because of an honest and human error on our part. We wish you had contacted us and let us know before leaving this review as this does not reflect our company. We would never refuse or avoid reshipping a customer's order if something had gone wrong during shipment/transit. Also, any order that takes longer than 7 days to receive is probably having some issue, and you should always contact the company instead of waiting. Another important note is that once a shipment is in the hands of any shipping carrier, whether USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, we have no control over how your package is handled or processed. Obviously, if there is ever an issue such as a broken bottle or lost package, we will always reship another package right away. Again, we're really sorry that you're still waiting on your order, and we fully understand your frustration. Hi Debby, we're really sorry about that! Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can get the correct bottle shipped out to you right away. Although these cases are extremely rare, they definitely can happen. We have told a couple of employees to start going through all our inventory bins to ensure no product is misplaced in the wrong location. We are certain this was an honest mistake because we would never intentionally send the wrong product. What probably happened was when we put products in bins, where our packaging crew picks products up instead of going all the way to our industrial shelves, there was a 300mg CBD oil bottle in there that was picked up and packaged. Again we're really sorry about this. This is an issue that can easily be fixed. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Abel, thank you so much for your feedback. In the first part of your feedback, where you say that it took longer than expected, we apologize for the long wait if this is about the shipping. One important thing to note is that we have no control over shipping times or how a shipment is processed once it's in the hands of any shipping carrier. Before now, we were using USPS for over 3 years, and all of a sudden, a vast number of shipments starting taking weeks. Now we only ship with UPS. Even though it's more expensive for us, all our shipments are on time, and that's what's important to us.  To the second part, where you mention the product wasn't effective at lower doses, well, this all depends on your body and why you use CBD, among other things. You can't have a serious condition and expect low doses to work. This may also be that your body naturally has a higher tolerance.
