Never used CBD oil in my life or any hemp based products… CB’s information in their FAQ section gave me a better understanding of how to use and what CBD is. I cautiously decided to try the smallest dose and followed instructions, after a few weeks my sleep score that was often in the 70’s jumped up to 85+. I wake up well rested and no longer wake up multiple times at night.. I played around with what works for my body so u may have to just try a bit out at a time. I recommend this product and their company.

Excellent customer service. Good quality product. I take the softgels to help with fibromyalgia pain. I feel like it helps with the general muscle aches that come with my condition. I had tried a different CBD manufacturer before and did not find that it helped at all.
