Started to work them from 11/25/2019 to last email dated 05/22/2022. They took over 2 1/2 years to partially address my federal tax issues and NEVER addressed my state tax issues. Hardly ever responded to my inquiries about my case. The last several emails were never answered. Making phones was not much help either as I only could leave messages.
