Taty, an energetic, positive, intuitive and brilliant coach for expatriates that will certainly help you to get the job you want.u
I've recently worked with Tatyana on four primary areas, shown below. Resume Review & Revision: I know how critical it is to get support in preparing, reviewing, and revising a resume that communicates and delivers all true strengths, qualifications, and experiences. Tatyana worked with me unequivocally and productively, mainly guiding me on re-writing my resume using straightforward techniques. She also shared beneficial material with step-by-step guidance. The result was a 100% improvement in my resume, showcasing concrete examples of my strengths and skills, which was a game changer to catch the attention of recruiters and alike. One’s experience, if not well portraited, for example, disorganized, lengthy, out of sequence, too many pages, can be detrimental to the job candidate, as it could be ignored after the first page. Opportunity Research & Networking: Creating a solid and consistent research process, mapping, and networking to find new job opportunities aligned with values, needs, and criteria is essential. However, most people don’t know how and where to start. Tatyana is brilliant, intuitive, and has incredible positive energy; she knows how to read her clients and encourage them to do their best, teaching them how to approach and use networking tools like LinkedIn. Above all, she is passionate about her job. She also shared excellent material with me, which made all the difference. LinkedIn Revamp: LinkedIn is one of the market's most extensive business communication networks and the source of talent acquisition for many recruiters, headhunters, and potential hiring managers. Having a strong profile can help attract and find the right opportunities. I used creative programs to help boost my profile by bringing a more positive and innovative image. At the same time, Tatyana showed me the importance of using keywords on my LinkedIn profile which recruiters use to find the right match for any specific position. Interview Preparation: Interviews are a make or break during job searches. It's essential to communicate qualifications, experiences, and skills in an attractive but not arrogant way. Asking the right questions to probe the quality of the opportunity is also important. Preparing for interviews is critical to fine-tuning the narrative, questions, and executive presence. Tatyana helped me prepare for my interviews by creating an extensive list of the most common questions in my industry and guiding me on the best approach to answer those questions using real examples of situations I’ve faced at work. The interviews went very well due to these technics. Rehearsing is also of the essence for great results. Who do you recommend this type of service for? I recommend Taty’s service for those who, like me, need to get up to speed on the changes in the job market, especially now when recruiters and companies use algorithms to find the best match for their positions. Job candidates must be more tech-savvy and understand that things change fast in our job market. Moreover, Taty's specialty is expatriates, and being an expatriate myself, I know how hard it is without having an educated and experienced expert to guide you!
